The "Lois McClure" is an exact full size reproduction of
a Lake Champlain
Canal Schooner. Launched on July 3, 2004, the schooner is
the culmination
of five years of effort by volunteers, maritime experts
and craftsmen under
the direction of the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum www.lcmm.org
